Purpose-built for film, television, and commercial shoots, each van comes fully stocked with expendables, safety gear, and essential on-set supplies—organized, accessible, and ready to use from the moment we arrive.
Each unit is equipped to support productions with crews of up to 70 people, ensuring that every department has what it needs without delays or extra runs.
With our all-inclusive flat rate
(covering mileage, fuel, and expendables within Miami),
your budgeting is simplified and transparent. For added flexibility, we also offer:
• On-set production assistants to manage and distribute supplies.
• Pickup & delivery service for seamless convenience.
• Extended service coverage outside Miami, billed by mileage or fuel, whichever is greater.

PLAN 1
Van + Driver/Set PA
A dedicated production assistant drives the van and works directly on set as a Set PA, managing inventory, distributing supplies, and assisting with production needs throughout the day.
• Includes: Van, expendables, and a Set PA who also serves as the driver. Fuel is included within Miami; outside Miami, mileage or fuel will be charged (whichever is greater).
• Pricing: Flat rate for the van package plus a daily rate for the Set PA (includes all driving time for the van).
• Best for: Larger productions or crews that want full-service, hands-on support with logistics and set operations covered.

Van Delivery
We deliver the fully stocked supply van directly to your location, ready to go the moment your crew arrives.
• Includes: Van, expendables, and delivery service. Fuel is included within Miami; outside Miami, mileage or fuel will be charged (whichever is greater).
• Pricing: Flat rate for the van package plus a delivery fee.
• Best for: Productions that want convenience without needing on-set staff.

Self Pick-Up & Return
For maximum flexibility, your production handles the pick-up and return of the van. You’ll still have a fully equipped supply hub on set, with the freedom to manage it on your own schedule.
• Includes: Van and expendables. Fuel is included within Miami; outside Miami, mileage or fuel will be charged (whichever is greater).
• Pricing: Flat rate for the van package.
• Best for: Productions with smaller crews or those who prefer to self-manage supplies.
